Anchor Babies And The 14th Amendment

The term 'anchor baby' has become a hot topic amid the massive illegal immigration of depraved, non- White indigent third world tribal trash Obama and Congress are willfully facilitating and stuffing down our throats. This is fact, not racist. For the sake of brevity, the United States courts have ruled that children born to illegal aliens within the jurisdiction of the United States are American citizens under the 'citizenship clause' of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. This is referred to as birthright citizenship and the offspring are referred to as anchor babies.

To be perfectly clear on this: any alien woman can enter the U.S. legally or illegally for some innocuous purpose, e.g., to shop, give birth the next day and that child is automatically an America citizen that we will support on ad infinitum. For the record, the vast majority of these women are non-White.

The Bane Of Anchor Babies: Each baby born to an illegal in the U.S. basically prevents deportation of its illegally present parent(s) and will eventually serve as an anchor for families and villages as chain migration leads to the immigration and automatic citizenship of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and an entire 'extended family', real or otherwise. This is referred to as 'birthright citizenship' and its advantages are immense.

The baby's entitlements are numerous and include Medicaid with all birth costs, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, and food stamps. Obviously, the financial assistance is paid to the illegal alien mother and it's safe to say the needs of the baby receive little if any of that.

The two benefits that have drawn the most attention in the birthright citizenship debate are as follows:

Food assistance and other welfare benefits, to which a family of illegal aliens would not otherwise have access.
Thanks to Ted "Sot" Kennedy pushing the 1965 Immigration Act, at 21 the child can legalize its 'parents' (putative or otherwise) and bring the foreign-born spouse and any foreign-born siblings into the United States. The sponsored spouse can then sponsor their own foreign-born parents and siblings, and the siblings can then sponsor their own foreign-born spouses, and so on, creating a virtually never-ending and always-expanding migration chain of their ilk of garbage. This is called 'chain migration' and it does wonders for swelling America's welfare rolls, non-white birth rate, and increasing violent crimes.

America's Wide Open Doors: The United States is one of the few countries in the world to recognize universal and automatic citizenship for children born to illegal and temporary immigrants. The U.S. also has the distinction of being the only developed country to allow absolute unrestricted immigration of non-nuclear extended family members from all over the world under the feeble excuse of 'family reunification'.

All of these aliens are non-White and the great majority is non-English speaking. At a bare minimum 95% of them consist of depraved indigent third world filth from tribal cultures where murder, raping women and children, lack of sanitation, neglect to personal hygiene and the environment are the norm. Think about this long and hard, then thank Obama and his worthless sycophants in Congress that have intentionally initiated massive illegal immigration of this ilk of vermin in their zealous effort to transform America into a third world country.

While you are thinking consider this repulsive thought: As extended alien families enter America and drop millions of babies the cost of welfare to support their wide ranging needs for life will expand exponentially. The endless chain of little darlings will be considered U.S. citizens at birth and will be supported for life without ever having to work. The endless support will cover their extended families and include food, housing, medical, education, and for many, the cost of legal fees for crimes and incarceration.

The Citizenship Clause Of The 14th Amendment: The 14th Amendment was added to the U.S. Constitution after the Civil War to ensure that freed slaves would be recognized as U.S. citizens. Its all important citizenship clause states as follows:

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and the States wherein they reside".

In the opinion of most constitutional scholars birthright citizenship is being erroneously granted because liberal courts are intentionally misconstruing and misapplying the 'citizenship clause'. Specifically, ultra liberal judges are using the verbiage, 'born or naturalized in the United States' as the sole criteria in determining citizenship while ignoring 'and subject to the jurisdiction thereof' to suit the end they desire.

There are clearly two vital components to this important clause: 'born or naturalized in the U.S., and subject to it jurisdiction'. They are inextricably linked since 'and' is used in the conjunctive and cannot realistically be subject to any other interpretation. Accordingly, the constitution of the United States does not grant citizenship at birth to just anyone born within her borders. It is the complete jurisdiction, i.e., allegiance, of the child's birth parents at the time of birth demanded by the 14th amendment that determines the child's citizenship, not the geographical location of birth.

Framer's Intent: History is crystal clear that the framers of the 14th Amendment had no intention of conferring citizenship on the children of aliens who happened to be born in the U.S. To the point, in 1866 the three men most intimately involved with the 14th Amendment and its citizenship clause, namely, Senator Jacob Howard, MI, Representative John Bingham, OH, and Senator Lyman Trumbull, IL, specifically stated that children born in the U.S. who were foreigners or aliens were not citizens. Their declaratory statements relative to the meaning of the citizenship clause are as follows:

Senator Howard, author of the citizenship clause: "This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers
Representative John Bingham, author of the 14th Amendment: "The citizenship clause' is consistent with the Constitution that states, every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen...".
Senator Lyman Trumbull, author of the 13th Amendment who inserted the citizenship clause into the 14th Amendment: "The provision is, that 'all persons born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens.' That means 'subject to the complete jurisdiction thereof.' What do we mean by 'complete jurisdiction thereof?' Not owing allegiance to anybody else. That is what it means".

For over 100 years the framers of the U.S. Constitution succeeded in their desire to remove all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States. They also succeeded in making both their intent and construction clear for future generations of courts and government. However, their logical reasoning and sound law only lasted until ultra liberal Supreme Court Justice William Brennan reared his ugly head.

Things Change: In 1982 Supreme Court Justice William Brennan unilaterally decided to change this long standing legal precedent in the only Supreme Court case to support birthright citizenship, Plyler v. Doe. In a 5-to-4 Supreme Court decision written by Brennan based on his personal feelings very far removed from the straight forward law he claimed, "... no plausible distinction with respect to Fourteenth Amendment 'jurisdiction' can be drawn between resident aliens whose entry into the United States was lawful, and resident aliens whose entry was unlawful." Equating the citizenship status and sworn allegiance of resident aliens who entered the U.S. legally with those who entered illegally was idiocy, dead wrong, poorly reasoned, and should not be allowed to stand as law.

Congress: The 14th Amendment also provides Congress with the power to enforce its provisions by appropriate legislation. However, Obama's bipartisan sycophants in Congress have repeatedly made it abundantly clear that they fully support his illegal immigration of depraved third world indigents and they are happy as clams with the status quo. So much for the sworn oaths to America Obama and Congress so casually took as meaningless jokes.

Muslims: In addition to amnesty, the primary focus of politicians and the MSM relative to immigration today is threefold:

The endless exponentially increasing number
Immigration from Mexico and Hispanic countries of the Americas
Ramifications of citizenship being granted to illegals, anchor babies and their extended families through chain migration

However, this is pale in comparison to the number of Muslims Obama and Congress are importing en masse under the radar to join the other aliens happily benefiting from America's largesse. Specifically, under the ruse of claiming political asylum as refugees these indigent savages are automatically being granted citizenship to bring their tribal culture, extended families, and barbaric way of life to America. They are also being very well fed and cared for at the welfare table of plenty generously stocked with entitlements by the U.S.

These barbarians possess the same third world tribal way of life as the illegals previously described. They randomly murder and rape women and children; procreate to recreate; multiply like rabbits; are unconcerned with personal hygiene, health, and the environment. Every child of a Muslim 'refugee' born in America is considered a U.S. citizen with full access to our overly generous welfare system as previously mentioned.

It should be encouraging to know that history has clearly proved Muslims have destroyed everything they've touched since time in memorial. The EU is now in virtual shambles because of Muslims and they are rapidly making significant headway into America. And yes, once again you can thank Obama and Congress for facilitating the massive immigration and automatic U.S. citizenship granted to Muslim vermin claiming 'refugee' status under the outrageous guise of seeking political asylum.

Cloward Piven Strategy At Work: Richard Cloward and Francis Piven were radical socialist professors of economics at Columbia University in the 60s. They hated America and were mentored by radical community organizer Saul Alinsky, author of 'Rules For Radicals", who also mentored our exemplary Americans, Obama and Hillary Clinton. Their goal was underpinned by forcing political change in America through orchestrated crisis: the strategy was to accelerate the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible financial demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.

It seems abundantly clear to me that Obama and Congress are willfully utilizing the insidious- strategy of Cloward-Piven to choke and ultimately bankrupt our munificent welfare system to create more disruption, chaos, and crisis in America. In its simplest form they continue flooding the country with an unlimited number of non-White depraved third world indigent tribal aliens they know will multiply exponentially and be totally dependent on welfare. They are also very well aware that the system has limited financial sustainability and will ultimately collapse. They certainly deserve a big shout out for this!

A Simple Question: Please ponder this: how can the millions of depraved third world non-White indigents previously described herein that Obama and Congress are illegally permitting to immigrate en masse and reap the rewards of welfare possibly enhance or otherwise benefit America? An answer of 'they cannot' begs this question: why is this happening? In my opinion answers are a factor of the facilitator. Obama and many in Congress hate America and want to destroy her traditional culture and values then supplant them with a different ideology. Many Democrats see this as a political lock for untold years to come. As always, the hapless GOP aimlessly blows with the wind.
