Impeachment and Obama: Checkmate

Talk of impeaching Obama runs rampant everyday in America but the actual process is not very well understood by a majority of people. The actual act is established in the U.S. Constitution under Article II, Section 4. And states as follows: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. The House of Representative has the power to impeach and the Senate has the power to try an impeachment”. “High” refers to those punishable offenses that only apply to high persons, i.e., public officials who, because of their official status, are under special obligations that do not apply to ordinary persons and which could not be meaningfully applied or justly punished if committed by ordinary persons. Such offenses include but are not limited to abuse of authority and dereliction of duty. There is no question that Obama, in his capacity as President, has on multiple occasions flagrantly violated his oath of office as well as a myriad of Federal laws and the U.S. Constitution. Likewise he has blatantly and frequently abused his authority, particularly by issuing Executive Orders solely to bypass and render Congress irrelevant. His outrageous position that the means he employs, i.e., a phone and pen, justify the end he wants to achieve is an insult to America and the Presidency. He enhances the insult by intentionally flaunting his illegal actions. When Obama was sworn in using his book of worship, the Koran, instead of a traditional Bible, it foretold volumes about his politics, ideology, and disdain for everything American. It is also abundantly clear that the illegal acts Obama has consistently committed comprise a long list of impeachable offenses and Federal crimes for which he should be indicted. Similar statements have been made and published by non-partisan leading experts in Constitutional and Criminal Law. The threshold questions relative to Obama’s Constitutional abuses and crimes are as follows:
Historically the President of the U.S. would certainly have been impeached and convicted, and perhaps thereafter indicted, convicted, and sent to prison for committing the same offenses as Obama. However, this is today and times are dramatically different than they were a few short years ago. For example, Clinton was impeached for perjury and obstruction of justice but avoided conviction in the Senate because the gutless GOP amoebas lacked the stomach to proceed. Criminal charges were never filed for the same lame reason. In my opinion Obama will continue to wantonly violate the U.S. Constitution and Federal Criminal Laws. Any sniveling from the gutless, irrelevant Congress will be shoved back down its throat because, based on past performance, Obama knows there will not be any significant consequences for his actions because of the following:
That must seem nonsensical so I’ll explain the incredible impact Political Correctness, hereinafter referred to as PC, has on Congress. Since Impeachment proceedings are initiated in the House of Representatives and tried in the Senate it’s important to understand exactly what PC is and how it affects people, particularly skittish politicians who are hyper sensitive about public opinion and blow with the wind. Webster’s Dictionary defines Political Correctness as “The avoidance of forms of expression or action that are perceived to exclude, marginalize, or insult groups of people who are socially disadvantaged or discriminated against”. This is consistent with other publications and virtually useless to anyone who is serious about learning factual information on PC. Political Correctness: Almost every aspect of life in America today is dominated and affected by Political Correctness. However, few people know the origin, intent, purpose, and meaning of the term. It’s used randomly and appears to be innocuous, particularly since its proponents use it to propagate their vision of moral absolutes that include: tolerance, inclusion, sensitivity, social justice, diversity, and sexual orientation. However, that’s not the case. Marxism: In fact PC is a soft term for multiculturalism and progressivism, which are euphemisms for Marxism and used to mask its true ideology. Ergo, PC is Marxism. Inherent therein are loss of freedom of expression, thought control, inversion of the traditional values and social order, and ultimately, a totalitarian state enforcing radical egalitarianism on its citizenry. In practice Political Correctness is a devious Cultural Marxist psychological command and control concept. It is used to force mass compliance with uniformity in thought, speech, and behavior towards a particular group they deemed to be oppressed societal victims, or a particular cause it advocates. Such group is comprised of women, minorities, economically deprived, and today’s LGBT folks as sub groups. Non-compliance is met with demonization and relentless accusations of being a racist, fascist, or other such ad homonym attack, regardless of the truth. This vicious tactic usually causes the offender to capitulate or cower in a corner never to be heard from again. Compliance is ultimately attained when one is or becomes nonjudgmental and unequivocally embraces the aforementioned moral absolutes. Useful Idiots: Cultural Marxists were never and will never be concerned with bettering the lives of “oppressed victims of society” or about the evangelists propagating their ideology through concepts such as PC. Both groups were and still are considered as useful idiots playing rolls in a ruse cleverly created to disguise their ultimate goal of destroying American culture, traditions, and values. The founders of Cultural Marxism must be laughing in their graves knowing the extent of their success as Left Wing politicians and the MSM use PC to destroy the fundamental underpinnings of America. How PC Affects Congress: In my opinion the priority of most members of Congress is to be re-elected because of the prestige, power, benefits, and compensation package. Keys in achieving this goal include: constituent support; an exemplary public image; positive peer acceptance; media support. In today’s blood thirsty political climate where a zero sum game is played the death knell in one’s career will most likely involve PC being employed by the Left. Specifically, a Republican or other opponent will be accused of being insensitive or offensive to one who is included in a group considered to consist of oppressed victims of society. Today’s most popular group is minorities and blacks in particular. The Democrats, other Left Wingers, and MSM will then relentlessly demonize the alleged offender as a racist, fascist, anti-American, etc. Regardless of the truth and offending party’s response the political damage will have been inflicted and a career tarnished. Obama: Obama is unique relative to PC because he is in a minority group as an Islamist and a black person. Upon being selected as the Democratic presidential candidate and throughout his presidency Obama has been overindulged and treated with kid gloves by the MSM, party brass, political commentators, etc. This disgusting scenario has been consistent regardless of the gravity of his actions and extent of his lies. Unlike any other presidential candidate or president in American history Obama has been given a free pass by the MSM and free rein from Congress for every word uttered and every action taken, regardless of legality and results. He has never been held accountable for anything and ergo, there have never been consequences for any of his actions. I strongly suggest the only reason for this continuing preferential treatment is that he is black.
Obama’s Enabler: Suffice to say that Obama has consistently evinced a total, wanton disregard for America, its Constitution, and its laws. Equally reprehensible and appalling is that Congress has enabled and tacitly affirmed every act of Obama, legal or illegal, by their sheepish deafening silence. On rare occasion members of Congress have feigned concern, expelled effluvium, and sniveled about Obama’s illegal acts and abuses of authority. However, there has NEVER been a meaningful action launched against Obama for any of his egregious acts, including those that have unquestionably been illegal and detrimental to America’s best interest. Assuming, arguendo, that there are a few conscientious members of Congress care about their oaths, America, the integrity of our Constitution, laws, and the presidency, why do they continue enabling Obama to destroy the country with their silence or meaningless rhetoric? Congress, Impeachment and Political Correctness: It seems abundantly clear to me that the few members of Congress who might truly care more about America than themselves have kept their usually loud mouths shut for fear of PC rearing its ugly head. In short, they’re afraid of being demonized and accused of being a racist if impeachment is mentioned, which in turn could adversely affect their careers. It’s also crystal clear that such relentless demonization will be immediately forthcoming from Democrats, many Republicans, MSM, and leading the raucous chorus will be the racist Black Caucus. This is the incredible power of PC and the fear it instills in loudmouthed hypocritical politicians. Checkmate: Silence is the easy way out for the worthless, gutless members of Congress so Articles Of Impeachment will not be brought against Obama. Worse yet, Obama has postured America in checkmate relative to himself because he will not be subjected to any legal proceedings for his illegal acts. In addition to the ramification and potential consequences of PC as mentioned aforesaid, Racist Holder will never investigate him and Obama will never sanction a special prosecutor to investigate groups/individuals ordered to do his dirty work, e.g., IRS. It is therefore abundantly clear that the Executive Branch of Obama’s administration will continue operating with absolute impunity without being answerable for committing crimes of any nature. Ergo, Obama will walk unscathed and continue flagrantly violating the Constitution and Criminal Statutes without any concern for meaningful consequences: Checkmate! PS: I hope to God that I’m dead wrong here. No President has ever been more deserving of impeachment and prison than Obama. Obama is the greatest threat America has ever faced because he is intentionally causing the indefensible destruction of its culture, values, and traditions from within the country exactly as the founding Cultural Marxists planned.

Well I know this is a popular definition but think about it like this if a public servant is impeached they are guilty of the articles of impeachment they are impeached, Then the Senate decides whether or not it is bad enough to remove him from office. Clinton was successfully impeached just not removed

The end of America is not beginning now. The end has been here for a couple of years but people are so complacent and blinded they cannot see what’s right in front of their eyes.
People call for impeachment but there is no impeachment. People call for revolution but there is no revolution. People call for securing the border but we are not securing the border. People call for an end to discrimination but now its black discrimination against white. People call for voting him out but he is still in. People ask him to care about all Americans but sorry, it is illegals and blacks first, muslims second, christians and whites end of the line. Need I go on? Dems and Repubs and people in general all seem to think this will eventually straighten out. This was just a bad choice by voters and will be fixed in the coming elections. HE IS FREAKING LAUGHING HIS ASS OFF AT YOU ALL!!!!!! Does he look like he gives a crap? He bypasses congress and nothing happens. He mocks them...literally mocks them!!!! He ignores the supreme court and mocks them!!! The media...they have been educated by the socialist professors infecting our colleges and they say and do nothing because they have cast their lot with king obama. They see the writing on the wall and it is their opinion that this muslim will eventually have the heads of all that disagree with him and they are very, very afraid to do what is morally and ethically right. They are cowards, they are wimps, they were and are drug abusers, people that are so in fear of being hurt or losing their lives they will grovel at this bastards feet. Wise up people. The heads have been in the sand for too long and we do not have a republic anymore. We have one gov’t branch running the entire show. The other two branches are window dressing and when he tires of them, they will be gone also...just one person will be ruling us and that is the damn scumbag in the white house. Very articulate and correct on every point IMHO.
But, I must add a thought to the discussion. I was bone in 1945. Since then I have watched my Country go from marvelously blessed of the Creator, to horribly ungodly. First the Bible & Prayer were removed from the School system (due to PC), then came the Assassinations of 3 of our most powerfully fine leaders. (this indicated a new spirit of lawlessness that only increased). Next came the legalization of murder (aka "ABORTION" or "SHEDDING INNOCENT BLOOD"), and now we've legalized the only act condemned as "ABOMINATION" in the Bible, the perversion of homosexuality. We have also shed quite a lot of "innocent blood" through wars that probably could been avoided (i.e. Vietnam & Desert Storm, and the war in Iraq, [which is presently demonstrating the significance of Saddam Hussein's exstance in the M.E.]. I say this because it NEEDS to be said. We have allowed our Government to manipulate other Countries, propagate evils [covertly], and spread vile filth [Porn], throughout the Earth, and yet we act as if there'll be no more consequence on as there will be on Obama. Unfortunately, (because the great majority CLAIM to be Christians -- but ACT like heathens or fools -- "The fool hath said in his heart, there is no God"), we have also been foolish enough to be irresponsible & derelict in our duties as "WE THE PEOPLE" and have NOT held our leaders [our employees ALL], to the standard of the Constitutional restraints. So, therefore we SHOULD be called to repentance, but the Shepherds fail to do so. And therefore, it is clearly evident IMHO, that Barak Obama is simply the next step towards the judgments that are fast approaching and are FULLY deserved. The very FACT that each of us KNOWS that he'll not be Impeached, clearly demonstrates how wicked we've ALLOWED this Nation to become. And the quicker each of us ("We the People"), admits our guilt, and begs the Lord's forgiveness, and stands up and opposes the foul & vile spirits assaulting this Nation, the quicker we will begin the process of rehabilitation...IF we are not already too late!
